Janky mobile controls

Hey y'all, I got a request to add mobile controls to the WebGL version of the game, so I did! They are very janky, but should work. As a bonus, this technically makes the game playable using only a mouse! I don't recommend it though.

Do note that mobile browsers are NOT officially supported by Unity's WebGL builds, so you might encounter issues or might not be able to play at all.
