As the world floods

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLAYING:

This game is unfinished and probably never will be. Though the main gameplay is functional, there is no end goal.

I originally made it for a game jam, but didn't have enough time to finish it before the jam ended. I do still like the concept, but it's missing something.
